To those disenchanted holders its a simple 'no' on the proxy form.
If enough tick the box, then something may change.
If you sit idle, then its the same old same old and by default you will have contributed to ensuring SLR continue as is.
Based on performance, the management are over compensated against their peers and a shakeup is needed. For me, it means Davis and Kennedy to go and LT needs his performance re-evaluated and if necessary a reduction in remuneration.
