Even though I do like the fundamentals, this is what happens when a stock is tightly held. Probably 50% of shares are held by major holders. There is only really 30 million shares being traded if that.
If you assume only 10 to 20% of shares will be traded, that leaves you with around 3 to 6 million shares that will change hands. This is a reason for the high share price without a proven and minable resource.
