There are two recent BUY recommendations in the investment reports from private investment advice companies on the CBD's web site.http://www.cbdenergy.com.au/reports.html
One is from Alto Capital Research listing CBD as speculative buy, 12 month target price 30c.
Another company CCZ Equities Research report titled CBD - 5 star renewable energy play in their 16 page analysis think that fair value for CBD is 40c.
One point of interest is that top 20 shareholders own 80% or more of shares.
I think both of the reports precede the recent Thailand project announcement, so there may be a bit more uplift to the reports figures.
