At this stage it appears that the election is still up in the air. Either party needed 45 seats. That may look a hard task. It may well be that the balance of power and decision as to which party holds power may come down to the Independents. Unlike the recent Gillard Gov. setup though, the Independents are not Greenies but rather at least 3 of them may be Katter's Australia Party. The 4th may well be Pauline Hanson if she falls over the line with preferences (still up in the air at the moment as well).
But I will throw this out as a possible silver lining if it turns out that way. If one has a look at Katter's Australia Party Policies on Wiki
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katter's_Australian_Party a few things stand out. 1 they support alternative energy. 2, They don't appear big fans of CSG as it stands. 3. Support of Australian Companies and Products.
At the end of the day I don't care, I'm not a Queenslander, but I do care how any result may lean more positive for CNX. Of course the proof in the pudding will unfortunately be hindsight.
For my money, I still consider CNX to be my best spec. share possibility with potentially some awesome results if we can get up and running.
