Given all the work, Independent Consultants etc, acceptance of and recommendations of, I expect the new Gov would need a very strong legal reason to refuse CNX.
Some info from CNX as to who we are waiting on (Minister or Committee) would be nice. As I've often said, no news builds more fear than quite often the reality.
I do expect news in the next few weeks in any case.
