TO be fair, cnx has had its head down getting on with the business of demonstrating that ucg will not result in the environmental effects that these groups are concerned about. It is better to have the debate armed with factual information which (hopefully) will be found acceptable by the ministry. That said, if the public don't like it may become a casualty of politics. I would imagine that KAP will be more interested in getting the government contender party to agree to its policy priorities. DYOR
