    we need :

    - reduction in immigration by at least 50%

    - harsher penalties for assisting foreign buyers to buy existing homes   and verification of income

    - Legislate on HEM   ( banks must not use HEM )

    - Rapid investment in infrastructures ( rail, hospitals ,schools)
