   What sort of message are the young folk getting.....Govts fiddling and stealing from peoples' super...for them Super is a poison chalice...

  If/when  Labor get in I predict a REAL housing market crash , houses will become cheaper as investors flee the market , good for younger folk if they have a job. Antipodes to this, the economy will go gang busters as self funded retirees spend/waste most of their capital to get onto the old age pension, the RBA will hike interest rates to circumvent  hyper inflation and then wallop...no more capital into the system as retirees retract and save what little they have for a rainy day..a plethora of housing payment defaults by the younger set and we have a major recession .

  I dont apologise for the doom and gloom but thats what I see....I dont like what I see...
