Do you think that Australia will retain the current situation of no death duties/inheritance tax?

I think this entire area of the law is under active review. Labor has only signalled one aspect of their reforms and people are in a colossal tizz.

Until we have the full reform package I don't think anyone can be smug their measures for tax minimisation will continue in their current form. It's like squeezing a balloon. Something gives at the other end....unless you take it on as a whole.
