Make all low income earners that are not 'pensioners' pay the company tax rate on their domestic share dividends and remove their incentive to buy Australian shares .
Or put another way, create an incentive for low income earners to become 'pensioners'. If this is representative of the Labor's economic vision then Australia is screwed.
