All4One,i had a trust when i was in business,to be honest my accountant established it, but i was more interested in running my business.
But come financials i was always surprised at the benefits.
The other issue is ,not you or me,but they can and are used if a member goes bankrupt the assets are still protected but clearly everyone,judges,accountants and the people they owe money to know who owns and controls the assets.
just my opinion.
Clearly on the other hand it stops the really wealthy from sending an honest person broke by taking legal action even if a grey area.
Our legal system is worse than trusts.
