I see you point and agree..

The thing that concerns me about the royalty agreement and lack of communication with it.. is that it hasn’t been written yet, which means that hazer are at the mercy of MIN’s attitude to that.

Now we have all had plumbers turn up, to fix a pipe, and you think.. this will be a couple of hundred dollars. Then as they are packing up their gear after an hours work and a single crimp connector. Slug you with a $700 bill for the callout fee and minimum 4 hours, you think, how did that happen, and pay it.

Hopefully MIN don’t turn around and say, it’s going to cost us more for the build, so we need more of the income, and it gets passed over. Again that is my concern with no other deals.. there is no bargaining power with no other options. Hazer are at MIN’s mercy. So far that is a great relationship, hopefully it continues.
