Or they could use the hydrogen to generate electricity for the aluminium smelter.
I have heard that aluminium is referred to as "solid" electricity.
Gladstone is the home of Queensland's biggest coal fired power station. Transition to hydrogen power would offer a clean and sustainable alternative.
