    It has a way to go, I'm pretty sure in it's raw form it's not red, due to a lack of blood, so colourings need to be added, but happy to be corrected on that . One example I saw was chicken, and due to the trickyness of getting the muscle cells to intertwine when growing it looks very aerated, so they only make nuggets so far. The Japanese seem to be leading the charge here with Wagyu stem cells. Makes sense when they don't have a live beef industry. Given time and investment dollars it will no doubt improve.
