KZL will not be a takeover target, Korea Zinc has a large holding and have life of mine agreements, The Chinese want access to the metals also, so they wont be selling, Transamine take the copper and they have a good stake in the company also. Not to mention Kim has a good chunk.
The Chinese are the ones who will bankroll Ad Bay so they will be hanging around, without them selling the 19% it wont happen.
