Its pretty much got to the base of the Bollinger Band there, and its broken above the resistance line, its holding support. I agree its not in a Running stage because its going sideways for now. My opinion is more sideways until the MACD breaks up. IMO the MACD tends to have a short life on either side of the neutral line, its been a while now on the south side, so running out of road making the probability IMO that a break up isnt too far away.
