In my opinion, its all just normal stuff. Its all audited infomation and all standard stuff all Companies report about.

Annual meeting to re-elect directors and all the normal things that go along with it.

Its normal stuff, its just operating and reporting in the same format that its expected to report in.

These announcements arnt price sensitive information, its just basic reporting as its expected to do, and in the format that its expected to report in.

All in my opinion, but its the boring stuff.
