In 2008 there was alot of debt but a much smaller money in circulation and nowhere near as many assets as there is now. Also interest rates are only a Problem if the Rates are higher than the inflaton rate, And what the US is doing will boost the inflation rate from 3% to 5%, so if there is US rates at 4.5% its still safe if inflation rate is 5%.

So basically the World will soon have some inflation, and rates can then rise a bit slower than inflation and still be safe.

But so far things are all Green in the US, Friday was green and so are the futures, so 2 days of Green could be priced into the ASX tomorrow. So all looks good for KTD this week.
