yes, certainly something seems to be happening.

We all know that more capital is required to move on to the next planned phase.

I would argue that as there is no great urgency or rush going forward with the next phase... funding should not be done in such a way as to take value away from current holders.

Lets see how it progresses... I, for one, would be surprised if a deal came out of the blue that put current shareholders at a disadvantage.
