I read a few weeks ago about a couple of EF acquisitions earlier this year (Jan and April, I think) where one was estimated low $30k per acre of EF and the other was about $42k/EF acre. Difficult to compare or extrapolate because those buys didn't state amount of development already on site and one acquisition (by Marathon, i recall) was for the whole company (although their land was all EF). Still, gives an idea of the likely ballpark value of EF leases.
