The share price has fallen from 15c to 10c, so some holders decided to sell. Why did they do that?

This is what the company said.  It might be useful to send to them an indication of whether you consider it to be an adequate response, especially when they indicated that the shaft would be completed in November and they have not given any update about whether they achieved that or not.  Their email address is
