Yeah I think your right, checked on commsec and 3 major shareholders Michael john Andrews 6.28% former director .Other major shareholder James William(Bill) Phillips 5,29% former director also involved and this from debt restructure annoucement on 22/11/2016

Also major shareholder Rex Harbour and associates at 13,27% not sure on my facts on this, but google provided this has a lot of history with miners, some not so good, based in Monaco seems to be serious money one example medusa mining MML another goldminer in Phillipines.
The whole thing is I cant understand how Administrators appointed without any further commentary
