Has anyone got any information on what killed the worker at Talang Santo in Sept 2012?
Does anyone read Indonesian?
Can we access the coroner's report and have it translated?
If the death was water related, then there would seem to be a reasonable case
for a class action, IMO because the water risk to the mine would have been known then.
We just need the transcript of the Indonesian coroner's findings.
Even though the company is in voluntary administration, the directors would have
had professional indemnity insurance, IMO.
