Hi Arthurh and all,

A class action might have worked if these directors had any class!

I agree the directors of this company have been very liberal with the truth; however, I’m not sure throwing good money (at solicitors) after bad is such a good idea.

Perhaps first try and wake up the appropriate policeman in this case ASIC or ASX officials ask them to review the last twelve months of announcements and give an opinion.

I suggest you read back up on the comments of another HC forum UML in order to gauge your likely success at waking the ASIC and ASX people because in my opinion they have been asleep at the wheel for years.

Sadly there have been very few winners in this company and I do feel for you and others that have lost money; however, I feel there is little we can do other than move on.

It’s a pity H C don’t provide a forum where we can black list former directors because it takes very special skills to cock up a Gold mine with Bonanza grades such as this one. Previous directors have lost countless amounts of shareholders money resigned and moved onto other companies without their previous misdeeds ever mentioned. A black list would be useful.
