Looking at data seems about 15 Million shares traded just on ASX in past 30 days...
Just looks like the small stale bulls have given up as they usually do near a bottom...
Not sure why anyone believes company would consider Cap raise .... model has never been to pay for a power station.... fees on 10 MW Kalina system is $US 5.5 Million .... just need get a project ...

but share price has nothing to do with chance of Gaining that game changing value to the company...from winning projects...
