Check out the tender comment from a submission to the Armidale Council in 2016. Sixteen of the tenders received were assessed as conforming to the tender specifications however the submission from KP Electric was assessed as non-conforming due their failure to sign and witness the tender offer form . I'm confident they now sign the tender submissions !
