The chance of this happening: if creditors are willing to 1.if ANZ extend the period of debts repayment. 2. Appoint another management team and 3. of course some of these debt should be former directors personal liability if they found guilty. (Hope from IMF) Or secondly collaborate with another company. By selling, unfortunately, they will not get anything back though. Can you sell a contract? A 830 million contract has already been taken by Samsung S&T. If they appoint another management team, they might still in a position of getting revenue in the future. So ANZ or creditors will lose hundred millions even if the company goes into liquidation. If the company still exist, 13% of the share with the current market price can pay ANZ 113 million. Restructuring is fge future if good management team appoint. So, creditors will want FGE to exist(I guess). Selling is not a good strategy for ANZ unless some other information is not disclose again. Which company has no debt. MNE has 2 billion debts? FGE 830 million debt only so far (but over spend by the directors??)
