It is well worth visiting the above link to get a feel for how well the project suits NWH's capabilities. The 170km of new railway including rail sidings and junctions puts NWH is a good position, IMO.
The contract is likely to be 99.9% wrapped up long before NWH can let out a peep, because contracts like this tend to be negotiated by functionaries, with the contract signatories doing little more than signing the deal.
