The resource market is not functioning as it has in the past. No one looks out at a potential transaction and starts bidding up the price like all other times. In Canada, there is no real research done anymore - not sure what it is like in Australia. The banks and institutions are paralyzed waiting for Europe to fall apart.
It's not surprising to me the shares haven't done anything. The movement will occur only on the news - not in advance. I'm in for 30,000 shares.
