This is the problem with references to the suggestion of corruption and lack of transparency.

 You cannot suggest that wages and salaries are questionable or corrupt, that is what you are inferring and these are transparent.  In actual fact it is not questionable and the mere reference that you suggest it is, does not in any way have anything to do with keeping noses clean.  You may object to salary levels but please don't mis-quote me.

Whilst you have your opinion on Salary Levels, you are misleading my discussion in reference to wrong doing.
