    Barring some turn of events or new info, I am in but I am tossing up if to wait until on market.

    My two issues are the quantum of $ that the CEO is taking home being excessive, however that does mean that the magnifying glass will be on him to perform. The second issue is the potential for cash burn being quicker than expected, however for a company at this stage of development that is to be expected.
