consider:
Total advises the JV in dec/jan 2018 - that the ACQ is 7mtpa ......
STO (as the contractual gas supplier) then has to stand in the market and buy enough gas (from the domestic market) to meet the above.......
the "politics" and dom gas price - are just another thing "in the way" .......
would be nice if STO would clarify how they intend to fix the issue...........
methinks - this is why the SE Asian assets are on the chopping block.
