Thanks for the info. So Total nominates the volumes even though PETRONAS and Kogas are the offtakers? That's a bit of an odd situation if Total, with no involvement, tells one partner (the upstream operator) how much gas to source for the other two partners (the offtakers). If what you're saying is true then Santos, PETRONAS and Kogas technically have no say in how much GLNG has to produce and how much the offtakers have to take?
If Total is operating in the best interests of the other JV partners there will be no problem, but when there is a disparity between the amount of gas STO is willing/able to produce and the amount of LNG that the other two want, there is going to be a problem...
