Can someone please confirm my question below:
Is this correct? -KOGAS/TOTAL have a 7mtpa binding LNG offtake agreement with GLNG, but GLNG is currently only producing 5mtpa at best.
If this is the case, have KOGAS/TOTAL claimed damages for the shortfall of 2mtpa? or have they just not asked for the full 7mtpa they are entitled to to be delivered at this stage?
