Spoke to Bill on the phone yesterday. As things stand they have put it the POW documentation into the WA dpi and put the contract out to tender. Latest time estimate is April as soon as possible.

In regards to a CR I'm of the opinion that the firm will not raise in this price range. I mean seriously their next door neighbour is Patersons securities. I suspect that they will be both managing and underwriting any upcoming CR or rights issue and moreover they are very good at raising money in circumstances of positive drilling results and rising share prices which I am confident we will see in a few months.
