Hi all,
I managed to speak to Trevor Kelly over the phone yesterday who happened to be in the car with another two directors leaving the Riverina area after discussions with two farmers.
Main takeaways are as follows:
- acquisition of two dairy farms
- company has now grown from a micro cap to something substantial which has caused major delays to satisfy ASX rules
- yearly reports due shortly in relation to financial accounts
- Fiji JV is running concurrently with the dairy farm acquisition
- director understands shareholders perception/expectations and was very accomodating when discussing this matter over the phone, he said hang in there updates will be provided shortly (could not provide a date)
If anyone would like Trevor's contact number, shoot me an email, he's more than happy to address shareholder concerns
Cheers,
Julian

Hi jd, how did he explain, justify or qualify this "company has now grown from a micro cap to something substantial which has caused major delays to satisfy ASX rules"?
So he's happy to address shareholder concerns, over the phone but not via ASX up-dates or on HC?
