almost anything that has to be said has been said here and a few more times... I have been here since 2012 and I feel your pain... luckily I am almost in the green @ 17c so I am not that bad in terms of % loss but yes the years I have lost waiting can never come back...

BUT, as you are a LT holder, you probably know about the work done and how near we are to the finishing post, right?

I cannot advice you to buy/sell/hang in there but I am not selling for now as I believe it will all unravel in our favour very soon and the time/opportunity cost will be returned in multiples of today's sp....
