Issues clarified, Extended ML required by KFW application in this week. (Bank requires for payback period)
To clarify we already have a ML but Min Reg delay has eaten in to license time period, new one will give more than enough payback if construction is delayed for any reason etc.
Final credit committee submissions
All pre loan condition documents completed BFS, RAP and other world standard docs.
KFW Bank credit meeting and term sheet to follow ext ML
(Only thing KFW Bank is waiting for prior to credit submission is extended ML, This puts us back to before the Black Swan event IE New Mining Regs)
New ML Expected in mid to late August.
KFW Credit meeting is monthly (end of Month) Loan term sheet will follow meeting shortly after.
German Government UFK loan guarantee
Loan term sheet need for application.
German Loan Guarantee application ~4-6 Week process (Approval secure given pre-approval)
German Loan guarantee Application summitted on receival of credit term sheet.

Tanzanian Special Export Zone licence
Needed for Downstream Production Facility IE Eco Graf
Application in over the next two weeks
Only need for battery graphite potential above 44ktpa already committed.  
Finalise test work and plant data Scale pilot plant to produce 3,000tpa
Test work going well very high percentage of Graphite tested from around the world works with EcoGraf.
Complete plans for 5,000-20,000tpa purified SpG plant
