    I would say at a minimum, that would be at $100mil MC...and that is only for our min value I allocate to our TANZ project and with GOT&Debt Finance out of the way...the really hard thing at the moment is how much value lies in EcoGraf...even the smallest plant @ 3000tpa which means it will be able to produce:

    * 3000tpa battery grade
    +
    * ~3000tpa 99.97% high purity/high value fines

    The estimated Capex for the 3000tpa plant to be built in Germany is only US$4mil, our feedstock can be standard grade graphite (minus 100 mesh at 94% carbon)...ie fairly low input costs until we get Epanko producing.

    The other big positive is that the plant in Germany could be operational as early as 2019 = generating income.

    Then when you look at where the price of G is going,

    do the maths and the initial US$4mil investment for the plant looks like this could be worth some considerable amount of money...especially when we are talking multiple plants...that's why its very hard to value...if say KNL announces they manage to get a partner to come onboard and fund the plant in Germany...once again US$4mil is small change for a lot of those Co's and a lot of them are looking for opportunities to get involved in the LiB sector...if so, then a $100mil MC for KNL is very cheap.
