Things are not progressing in Tanzania as we and other mining companies have expected. Case in point, see below excerpts from recent GPX announcements:27th August - Submission provided to Tanzanian Government “Graphex expects to present the Submission to the Ministry of Minerals, other key Government departments and the Mining Commission in September.”29th October - Graphex Agrees Funding Package to Fully Fund Chilalo “Resolution of issues relating to Tanzania’s mining legislation – a detailed submission has been provided to the Tanzanian Government and Graphex expects to present the submission to Government officials in the near future” It has gone from GPX presenting their submission to the Tanzanian Government officials in September to it now being “in the near future”. Hopefully we get an update from our own management soon rather than having to read the announcements of other companies in order for us shareholders to understand where things are at in Tanzania.

That's the problem isn't it, we just don't know what is going on. Certainly not in a detailed manner which could give us comfort around exactly what is required, when it will be delivered, and when we can all move on from this Tanzanian-fog.
