on some of the other stuff that's been raised as questions on the other thread I don't expect too much but just hope someone is looking at the costs in Tanzanian and whether given the circumstances we are getting value for money. To me Grant Pearce skill set is probably being under utilised due to lack of developments, but unfortunately we carry the cost of that. Whats the role of Commercial Manager and why do we require the two roles?
