Interesting feedback. What do you mean by the inherent swamping effect ? Actually one of the reasons I try to avoid large cap companies is that most of the directors are career directors and on average I would say have had no impact on shareholder EPS. Of course there are exceptions however when such directors cant even be bothered to buy a few shares then what confidence can I have in them. I mean most people have to consider where to put all their savings and if these company directors are happier to have their money in managed funds than in a company where they are a board member then I am guessing that they are just on the board collecting fees and dont really have enough confidence or knowledge in the company to put their money where their mouths are. Anyway I am still interested in learning about vested and non exercised shares and non recourse loans, so if you have any ideas where I can study the topic that would be great. Cheers
