I don't think KL would even be interested in doing business in WA in light of seeing the debacle at RH after there $20M palm out to get RH repermitted after mothballing. Just been looking at my notes and RH is ready complete with power and water rights and can use TSF1 sulphide tailings pond until TSF2 is repaired with TSF 3&4 applications applied for.
The problem with the RH permit appears to be they have to specifically state whatever it's going to be used for and from a jorc resource which is going to be difficult when KL and QH and everybody else DL and WB included want to do trial bulk mining from a non jorc resource because you can't drill for gold nuggets so you can't get one and the only way is to go trial bulk mining !!!
So everyone is waiting for the DMIRS to alter the rule book as the Pilbarra may have hidden wealth in the form of gold nuggets that sofar only trial bulk mining at RH can unlock starting with Patch 47 80% and Purdys reward 50/50 with QH and Novo.
I read on a LON GGP Greatland gold twitter about DL that he started his career working for the DMIRS so if there's anyone who can get them to bend the rules a little it's yours truly DL assuming this information is correct and WB is waiting for the order to complete the gold circuit and we need it now.
