I really would be very happy if you're right about your target but do you seriously see AWE needing to raise the offer price quite so much in order to secure the bid?
Re GS: I picked up quite a few ADI last Friday as a top up at 41.5 cents (if Goldman is buying at that price it seemed reasonably safe), so it can't be assumed that all of the stray ADIs are going to them.
