Agreed, just knowing price and acres won't necessarily tell us the value as there may well be details about who pays what share of future drilling etc that we won't know. So I doubt we'll be able to draw any specific conclusions about relative values of the deals. Could be wrong, but with Hilcorp being a private company no reason for them to disclose details.
