    I haven't given up Hope on 4CE. The next 12 months Things are going to change fast, in a Good way, for The Congo. IMHO Mining in the Congo will boom over the next  5 years. IMHO  4ce is going to be there with the rest of them, First in First Served. Jason has the Connections and The Guts to make a deal come together. IMHO
