tcisboss, check this out- it's from June 13 on Marketwatch, where KITD was one of the biggest gaining stocks. Here's why:

"Kit Digital Inc. KITD -0.47% added nearly 19%. The company, in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, said that it is in talks with several prospective buyers. The company said it expects to report more details soon."

If you look up "KITD takeover" in google, heaps comes up. Maybe that is why the SP is so low? I knoew there are other issues, but private equity wants KITD to have a low share price to take it over- I read that! :)

Ok, so if KITD gets sold -> HYO -> sale and shareholders profit?

No wonder your management wanted this deal instead of the other- maybe they googled like I did!
