I finally bit the bullet and sold out 2 days ago @ .42 cents.
Looks like it may have been a good decision.
Had so many hopes for the acquisition, but the longer I have stayed with HYO the bigger my disappointment.
Made a big loss, hopefully avoided a huge loss.
