This is just ridiculous that the BOD are still pushing this pathetic deal to share holders it just does not make sense. They are not acting in the best Interests of share holders just there own personal agendas.
As a fellow poor suffering shareholder I beg you If you haven't done so already please vote against the KITD deal and appoint Gary Cohen and the team from Marcel equity as your proxy ASAP.
I believe this is they only way we can recover money back that we have lost due to the horrible way Hyro has been run by Bill Votsaris (yes the one they want to give over 2 million shares to for free!!!!)
This board need a kick up the bum and they need to be out on there ear today!!
