kit digital shares continue downward spiral

Kit Digital shares continue their downward spiral finishing $2.95 yesterday. The 1.8M shares the Company is getting from KIT is worth now $5.31M NOT $15M as stated by the Board in their letter.

KIT Digital shares have dropped 60% since the "FANTASTIC" deal was announced. This is the "POSITIVE POSITION" the company would be left in that JUSTIFIES paying Votsaris and Poiner $1.2M in Hyro shares!!

Shareholders should vote NO and SEND the Board a STRONG and POWERFUL message to the BOARD for trying to push this deal!!
